In order to be eligible to apply for the hardship fund you should:
- Have an abstract accepted for the Conference
- Live in a low-income country, according to the list of the United Nations (please check at http://www.rhlibrary.com/Lowincome.html).
- Not have benefited from the hardship fund in the past
